Core Account Program

In smaller cities and rural areas, the choices for contract security services are often limited to locally run companies with minimal resources, or large global organizations with questionable customer service. Through our strategically designed CORE (Contained Operational Resource Environment) Account Program, Guardian Eagle is now able to offer our depth of resources as one of the largest security companies in America along with our world-class program and reputation to security users everywhere.

In order to provide the same high level of contract security services to facilities in areas not in close proximity to a branch office, we have developed the CORE Account Program. This program prescribes to the same core components of service excellence that has gained Guardian Eagle such a quality reputation over the years in larger urban markets, but adds key elements to ensure the same level of service can be achieved in outlying facilities. Core components of the program include:


	Significantly above or TOP market wages for the area
	Employee benefits package along with Account "Officer of the Month/Year" bonuses (will grandfather tenure of incumbent personnel)
	Comprehensive training and development programs with the addition of the CORE Account Manager Training Program
	The Account Manager will be provided a PC with JD Edwards connectivity for payroll and billing purposes and Valiant for scheduling purposes as well as a printer, email and dial-up connectivity
	For accounts of 2,000 hours per week and above, the Account Manager will attend the six-day corporate-funded Leadership Institute in Los Angeles within the first year of the contract
	A member of the Corporate Client Support Services Team out of Atlanta will visit the site a minimum of once every year to complete an audit in the areas of contract compliance and quality assurance
